5. Rosegrams
Mr. Orque, Mr. Crisostomo, and Mr. Llanera: We are not going to take charge of Rosegrams.
We are going to advise and help, but it needs to be done by the other groups.
If no one volunteers to dethorn, collect, organize schedules, it is not our responsibility.
ASC was told not to do it, in May 2014. So, we are going to delegate it and help the others learn how to complete this process.
From Mr. Gavin:
We have a bunch of clubs taking it over. I told everybody ASC wasn't doing it.
From Ms. Mitchell:
Yes, as far as I knew ASC was taking a break this year. A lot of clubs have offered to partner with Student/Executive Council -- ALAS, BSU, Red Cross Club, Immigration Nation and Homes for Hope.
Maria Garcia (ALAS), Travis Greer (BSU), Eoin Lyons (E. Council) and BSU moderator Chris Delaney have been the ones who seem to have taken the lead.
-solution: do nothing
