Agenda:


1. Debrief - CYNP
-$1000 stipend from AT&T, budget is OK
-Student affairs will help us with the budget.
-$300 left in the budget
Different things:
-different shirts?
-leaders in front of the lines/cooperation with other schools
-moments on TV
-went smoothly
-tired from all the walking
-smaller bus next time



2.  Board selection
-easier for returning board members
-interview for the board members
-sending out the application before the vacation and selection will begin after


3. Events in May / transition with new board
-no stoles for graduation
-Magis Movie?
-Hafu movie put on hold
-morning prayers for Asian/Pacific heritage month
-no scrambling for new board members/moderators
-Focus on Next year
-Angelina: put pictures into box
-New board and old board will meet at next board meeting

3. Asian Summit in Seattle? / Visit from Mr. Balano

• covered by the school
• work with Asian Americans and their Asian issues
• bringing up Asian issues to ASC next year 
• Juniors and Sophomores are highly recommended 
• Priya, Allison (Maybe), Monica(Maybe), Nicole(Maybe) 
• at least 1 sophomore and 1 junior, freshman 
• Priya will tell Mr. Balano who is coming by end of next week 
• chaperones: Mr. Orque & Ms. Hernandez
• at least 4 people
