• Cut-off date for sweatshirt orders?
• we'll give them a week (Friday Feb. 3)
• have the anchors remind everyone to order their sweatshirts
• send pics of them to SITV
• Mr. Gavin is going to charge it to his credit card once we have all the orders in 
• CNYP Updates and meeting for participants
• Megan- email Luci to follow up on dance routine and insurance form

• have a meeting the Thursday before the parade at break to see who everyone is
• permission slip for all participants 
• need 25, but only have 9 signed up
• LNYFML Planning
• 3 people for reading (2 Tagalog speakers, 1 Mandarin speaker)
• also have someone signed up for gift bearing and set up
• Liturgy class will be participating 
• Ask Ms. Prendergast if we can have different songs 
• Affinity X Period speaker / Unity Council Update
• Ms. Hernandez is going to ask Unity Council if they would be the student panel, but still needs approval 
• there's been lots of bullying on Marin bus
• ALAS issue with SITV
• Student Council wants us to help out with Winter Formal 
• SIPAC Question: Career interests for 2/16 Meeting
• they want to talk about careers at their Feb. 16th meeting
• they want students to come because it's geared toward them

• CNYP Luncheon the next day!
• Fr. Harris, Ms. Prendergast, Mr. Ottersburg, Sister Sharon will be the ones organizing but none of them have done it before
• People reading in different asian languages, gift bearers, someone to play music (?) 

1. MLK Walk

• this coming Monday
• Meeting at the Caltrain Station on 4th and Townsend at 10:30am.  Then, proceed to the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts at 11am to listen to speakers and to attend the various activities for the day.

1. ASC Sweatshirts

• Molly sent us the new design
• even with three printed designs, if we order a lot it shouldn't cost that much
• max $25 
• even if we don't have the Chinese characters on the sleeve, it'll still look good

1. Upcoming Affinity X-period

• Goals: 
• intersectionality: have 1 or 2 student speakers per group 
• people who haven't been in the spotlight before- a new voice
• speak for about 5 minutes 
• prefer for them to have some sort of racial identity
• explain what an affinity group is
• Probably next week
