Last meeting of the semester!

1. Discussion Event Debrief - Great job everyone!
• 39/41 sign-ups
• what went well?
• the small groups and transition bigger discussion
• cohesive slides
• future improvements?
• keep it short and allow others to share and reflect more in smaller groups
• inviting others to comfortably share 
• continue having these discussions (everyone who attended needed a space where they could say what they wanted - sense of relief)
2. Morning Prayer - for Pasko, Thursday, December 9th
• may be too late to ask volunteers
• two board members fill out the doc: Vivian and Penny 
• reminder from Ms. Miguens: keep it short and sweet! 
3. Pasko - Saturday, December 11, 2021 @ 6-11pm
• last rehearsal! - Thursday, December 9th from 6-7pm
• stage rehearsals Friday, December 10th (starts at 1pm) - you can get there at your rehearsal time
• tickets are SOLD OUT!
4. CNYP
• second stage of the application is done!
• Irianna will show choreo and start teaching next semester, the week of January 10th, 2022
• will put choreo video in drive before school starts
• when is everyone free?

• tell everyone we will be having practice Friday after school
5. ASC Board Bonding - Friday, December 17, 2021
• Ice Skating @ Yerba Buena
• $19 in total for admission and skates
• light lunch beforehand - Metreon cafeteria
• Meet at 12pm? - yes!
• save your receipts for reimbursement!
• send an email to Ms. Wong to see if you can buy tickets in advance - Aaron
6. Looking Ahead
• Stanford's Asian American Issues Conference - Listen to the Silence (usually around late February or early March)
