ASC Board Meeting: Monday, October 27

1. Social on Friday - debrief
-good; lots of people showed up.
-really loud, energetic, excited.
-Pineapple bun, crumbs!
-Student Center. cramped, but it's a weird space. New location?
-Overall; timing went pretty well
-Lost no money
-Planning; email order three days ahead of time.  Reaching out, make sure people are on the email list. Check in? SI announcements, Twitter?
- Lots of underclassmen!



2. Chinese New Year Parade 2015 Application due this week!!
-application.
-Float,
-$100 deposit (Morgan)



3. Next general meeting/event?
-The week before Thanksgiving.
-November 19th Wednesday, both lunches
-quick official meeting about upcoming events
-Ask Mr. Crisostomo for Lower Lunch

4. PASKO 2014
-Excited to share what ASC has contributed to the school
-2 Announcements, first is informational, in mid November, second is a skit later
-Voice over for the second announcement
