Honor the outgoing Seniors of ASC, ALAS, BSU, Magis
- receive commemorative item (sashes)
- introduces the new boards
May 11, Wednesday, arrive by 5:30 pm
Tasks to assign:
----- Send out Google form to Senior members, ask for photos, where going to college, Affinity/Magis Participation
- Mrs. Hernandez is organizing the form for the seniors
- seniors already received an email asking if they're attending and what school they're attending
- have to respond byThursday
- sashes arrive on Monday
- faculty is very split on the idea of students wearing sashes

3. Dragonboat Info Meeting???
Dragonboat starts in the summer
Dragonboat Festival: TBD
6 practices on Sundays at 8 am
Choose start date
20 paddlers needed
- haven't heard from coach Jessica yet
- should still have a recruitment meeting now instead of over the summer when students are hard to meet
- after Magis/Tri-Club celebration
4. Posters
- Spencer will send another email to ask people to stop by and pick up the rest of the posters

- We still need people with Indian-American heroes to go on SITV
5. Weekly board meetings
- going to ask if the whole board can have the same resource so that we can meet during the day
- past policy was that clubs could not be a reason to request teaching periods, but it won't hurt to ask!
