-4/26-4/29 headcount email/google form? or just QR code?
-numbers to prep for food estimate

• Adriel send email with Google form tonight only to ASC(4/25)
• Rozet poster up by Friday with QR code to reserve spot  "ASC Justice Conference" (send to moderators to turn into keynote slide for wall monitors)
• Put up posters by Monday (4/29)
• Alex SITV for Tuesday 
• Adriel email after SITV (#1) on Tuesday to whole school and reminder email on day of event (#2) Thursday

2. Putting up APHM posters date?

• Posters are done and printed!!! 
• Decide - Monday, April 29 or Tuesday, April 30 after school 
• Mr. Orque send out email

3. Lumpia party wristbands? (What would be their purpose?)

• Students who keep their wristbands to the KBBQ will get food second after the winning icebreaker group-- tell them
• "ASC Asian Pacific American Heritage Month"
• Hannah send wristband colors to group chat

4. APAHM TML roles?

• priest on vacation so more info next week

5. Add new Board to prayer schedule

• lunch meetings with Mr. Ottersberg?
• one collective meeting with everyone doing prayer
