        1. Share in the planning, coordinating, publicizing our events

      • Important aspect for the school - Orque/Wong make it happen - example:  Music Ministry/scheduling/Transition Liturgy exemptions

2. Organize flow of Lumpia Party for Thursday (5/9)
  • start 2:45~ Welcome, name tags, distribute wristbands at door, explain what is going to happen for next hour or so, explain wristbands gives advantage for kbbq, and divide into groups
  • get nametags? if not, post-its or tape? - Ms. Wong
  • go by groups of about 30-40, first group goes to kitchen and cooks
  • other group/rest of the people who walk in do something educational (about 15-20 mins)

  • Cooking group finishes early, go to a separate table and wait or classroom?

1. ASC Justice Conference

    • Everything ready to go with boba orders, snacks, etc.?
    • Boba orders- get 13 of each type beforehand
      • regular/original milk tea with boba
      • mango green tea with boba
      • strawberry milk tea withOUT boba
  • Will room 116 be the main room?
    • Assign rooms for each topic
    • 115- Food

  • Final email to the whole school and ASC instagram post- Adriel
  • Procedure for tomorrow
    • 2:30pm - ASC and student presenters meet in room 116 and set up with snacks and slides in assigned room
    • 2:45-3:00pm - get everyone to their rooms and begin round 1 by 3pm
    • 3:20 - end of round 1
    • 3:25 - beginning of round 2
    • 3:45 - end of round 2
    • 3:50 - beginning of round 3
    • 4:10 - end of round 3, everyone head to room 116 for boba
    • 4:30-4:45 - share about what they learned and end of conference
  • no need to set up on large board or projector if small group; small inclusive table setting
  • Art group get printer paper and markers from Mr. Orque
  • Food group finish slides by 10pm TONIGHT
