LAST MEETING OF THE YEAR!! :')

1. End of the year Magis Affinity Zoom comments?

• Star: thought it was fun - every grad had a slide and a few words to say, sash blessing
• Hannah: stayed till the end and people said things

2. Highlights/Events you want to continue next year?

• Kickoff - focus on outreach
• Diwali celebration
• Stanford conference
• Bake Sale
• not boba
• 2018-2019 - lumpia making
• Movie Screening is a good idea - more fun and have snacks
• more publicity
• PASKO 
• more organized this year with practices and fashion show

3. Improvements for next year?

• Getting more involvement from more members instead of the board
• ie: lunar new year mass
• Identity Formation meetings - November
• the one with all girls - didn't go through the way we planned
• better at publicity
• Having more general meetings at break
• Have open events and invite allies to events and educational events
• ie: Korean BBQ
• More inter-affinity group allyship events

Advice to next board:

• Attend meetings and events! 
• Plan ahead
• if you want to do an event, plan ahead 
• a lot goes into having a successful event
• for co-presidents, look ahead at upcoming months
• Have board bonding events - one in the beginning of the year

• Dr. Morris and Ms. Harms are leaving
• Most SIPAC board for next year are new to board
