First meeting of the year!

1) HOW IS EVERYONE?

2) Club Fair - Friday, September 16 

• Recollection of past club fairs:

• each club has own banner

• QR codes (for affinity group sign ups)

• outreaching through our booth—how do we present ASC as inclusive for all Asian identities?

• On our table (get by 9/8 Thursday):

• tri-fold - update pictures (Liv, Caitlin, Penny)

• candy - jello cups, guava candy (Justin)

• Shifts:

• 1:55pm - 2:15pm - Olivia, Rini, Nam

• 2:15pm - 2:35pm - Justin, Isa, Caitlin, Eva

• 2:35pm - 2:45pm - Penny, Viv, Ashley

3) Set meeting schedule

• Affinity Groups' Leadership have different resources (most have 1st but ASC has 7th)

• ASC Weekly meetings: during Resource 7th period Room 116 (Thursdays at 10am)

 

4) Board intros

• Instagram: does everyone have the IG info?

• Update bio on IG acc  - Isa

• password - who will send it out

• Include:

• Picture of you where your face is visible

• Name and grade

• Role in ASC

• Hobbies/activities outside of ASC

• A goal for ASC or why you love ASC

• Due Saturday, Sept. 3rd, will be published by next Tuesday, Sept. 6th
