- 4 pound ground pork
- 12 cloves minced garlic
- 4 large egg beaten
- 8 tbsp Chinese chives finely chopped
- 8 tbsp soy sauce
- 6 tbsp sesame oil
- 4 tbsp ginger minced
- Make during 7th- come to commons
