- speaking to our audience, make the presentation more engaging (if possible), have more people facilitate the big group discussion (might encourage other members to speak up), a week before we can send out a google form asking those who will participate if they have any questions or specific topics regarding the general topic to discuss, make sure everyone has their script ready a week before (be more prepared)

- have a few ASC board members facilitate conversation with the speaker
- we would prepare a list of guiding questions and send to the speakers ahead of time
- include a Q&A session towards the end of the event for ASC members
- if we do not have a speaker:
- create an informative presentation that goes deep into the struggles and barriers of immigration (cost and language barrier)
- refer to the immigration section of last year's justice conference
- debrief presentation in small groups
