1. Future Events

1A. Bake Sale for the Earthquake in Taiwan

- jonathan is working on the form for discounted donuts for fundraising 

-they will get back to moderators soon - has Johnathan gotten back to the moderators? 

- has the money been donated? 

- Nam will talk to Jonathan about the donation process

1B) Justin - any updates about the Everything, Everywhere all at Once Movie Day? delayed till next year 

2A) Magis Celebration on May 8th in the Commons: please be there if you can make it!

2B) Rini's ASC scrapbook: - Rini any updates? How can we support you?  - new info from Ms. Hernandez?

UPDATES:

- A couple of affinity groups have uploaded to the drive (ASC, LGBTQ+, PIA) but still need the other affinity groups

- No response from Ms. Hernandez yet - has she responded? 

-Fresh start next year, start project at kickoff

Graduation: 

At graduation —> the senior class throughout the years

A gift? 

Made physically on paper, a notebook, but scanned digitally and print into copies

- Photos due next Wednesday, April 17th!!!

Continuous: 

Big scrapbook of all the classes that gets added on every year/event 

Made in a photo album

For ending of the year, flip through it together??

(Easier for me to make on paper, think its more personal than digitally. We can take turns making it)

2D. ASC Jackets

• Ms. Wong: Any updates on the sending of the money?  

  - ….in the red (by a few thousands)

  - Need to sell more jackets

  - Send out another call out to get people to buy jackets around April 8

  - No sales (unfortunately) 

  - Will focus on once we get back from spring break

        -Sell during Magis Celebration (Email Mrs. Hernandez) -Alicia, Caitlin, and Carina

-Sell at Frosh Orientation (maybe?), Club fair, and final ASC event - who should we reach out to about this?

ASC Year in Review

Location: Faculty Dining Room

Flow of Event - anything we want to add or change? 

- Intro: have one slide that tells new board members to introduce themselves, plug instagram, announcements for next year(all events)

-make google form/airdrop for people who have pics of ASC events

- People Bingo, determine winner

    - have each board member brainstorm 

- Food + Final reflections in table groups (write it down on a piece of paper and collect them)

- Questions:

- What have you learned about yourself by being in ASC this year?

- What’s a memory you have from ASC? Be specific!

- What’s something you hope ASC will do in the future?

- Have a separate slideshow with an “ASC year in review” with music playing - Rini, Justin, Rohan (get done by 5/2)

Activities: let's finalize which activities! + have we started creating these materials? 

                - eat and reflect on ASC this past year in small groups and share out with the big group 

                - Bingo Board format (6x6): everyone!

                - cap people bingo at 10 minutes, whoever has the most boxes checked off wins (their whole table goes first for food)

                - Sr. Orque will work on the slide with the new board members

                 -Tuesday, May 14th - “Hella good food” - Nam     

                 -location ranking: Commons, any updates Ms. Wong? Food confirmed!!!

4. Nam and Justin's Cool Boba Idea (founded on Sunday, January 14) - 

Some of the boba places people mentioned on IG:

- T-Pumps (especially on Tuesdays)

- We can ask people to send in photos of them getting boba to repost on ASC story

nam and justin hanging out tomorrow, look out for a post and def repost! 

5. ASC Board Bonding Ideas

hiking in march! -- can we set a date for this month? maybe after holi? What day work best for everyone?

 I need you to take care of yourselves and to not put off your mental health. Your well being is more important . Reach out to moderators or co-prez or anyone else on the board if you just need to talk it out or are struggling in any way. As always…

                                                            Eating good and hydrating
                                                                   Doing stuff we love
                                                         Spending time with loved ones
                                                        Going outside to get some fresh air
