2. Club Fair - Carina
• September 10 upper lunch and x period
• PUBLICITY: Instagram post encouraging people to come to our booth with QR Code (in drive, but can’t organize/permissions) to Sign up for ASC
• IG Post: Jack Jack and Kalin, Monday after approval (9/9)
• QR Code being added into shared drive
• Sr. Orque bought the Hi-chews already
• Logistics: 15-30 minute shifts
• Upper Lunch: 1:05 - 1:40, X-Period: 1:45 - 2:45
• All board members should be available during upper lunch as it is overlaps with seventh period 
• Keep in mind if you are also helping out with other clubs during club fair

• potential date is November - December, Saturday: volunteering, dinner - some time to discuss ASC, explore SF
