Spectacular Shoutouts: Crew senior night! All those who showed up to Admitted Students Evening!  Jack Jack and Carina for moderating in the Career panel. All the returning leadership and their interviews + moderators for interviewing. Avery’s sonnet project. - Rini

    2. Things to improve on for next year?
      1. differentiating Affinity Group and Cultural Clubs - short time

  • Variety of panelists
    • Older panelists (30+) in future?
    • Get alumni who went to east coast if possible
  • Good food
  • Detailed Questions
  • Age range of panelists was good
  • Start earlier- general to begin with and then be specific 
  • From parents: Excellent, interesting, important info
  • From parents: ASC Publicity needs to be done much sooner!
  • Moderate more, with active listening, follow up questions 
    • Perhaps ask pointed questions, like “Panelist A, can you explain more about ____?” 
    • Avoid repetition

    1. How did it go?
      1. Set a good example for sharing, calm environment, good food after, good turnout, more than expected, small groups comfortable, emphasize RSVPs next time
    2. Any improvements from our last listening circle? 
      1. Moderator vs student led; student led more intimate
      2. Designate small groups so that people don’t just stick to their friends 
      3. More classrooms next year
