      1. Set a good example for sharing, calm environment, good food after, good turnout, more than expected, small groups comfortable, emphasize RSVPs next time
    2. Any improvements from our last listening circle? 
      1. Moderator vs student led; student led more intimate
      2. Designate small groups so that people don’t just stick to their friends 
      3. More classrooms next year
