1A. Holi event - Friday, March 22  - focus on after asc 50th id formation 

• CHORAL ROOM is  reserved - 3 pm 
• Color wars, powder is here-- all supplies are ready!
• let's invite members of ASC who celebrate HOLI to come and help us plan! 
• Open event!!! But limited spacing (80 people max, must RSVP) because of the location in the Choral Room 

Food: Mango lassi, samosas, maybe rini can bring food (people count), naan, butter chicken, Vada Pao, Pani Puri

Made physically on paper, a notebook, but scanned digitally and print into copies

Continuous: 

Big scrapbook of all the classes that gets added on every year/event 

Made in a photo album

For ending of the year, flip through it together?? 

Made physically on paper, 1 copy

(Easier for me to make on paper, think its more personal than digitally. We can take turns making it)

2B. ASC Jackets

• Ms. Wong: Any updates on the sending of the money?  

  - ….in the red (by a few thousands)

  - Need to sell more jackets

  - Send out another call out to get people to buy jackets around April 8

  - No sales (unfortunately) 

3. Prayer dates for upcoming events: if you celebrate these holidays would you like to sign up to lead prayer?

4. Nam's ID Formation Brainstorms For the Future (focus more after LNY celebrations happen)

• leaving it here for now just so that we can remember in april!

5. Potential Collaboration with Sacramento Asian Affinity Group

any updates Ashley?

• Jayden suggested March 16 or 23 - doesn't work for everyone on ASC board
• Tentative: April 13th after Spring break
• Moderators of both affinity groups will collaborate to talk about times

6. Nam and Justin's Cool Boba Idea (founded on Sunday, January 14)

Some of the boba places people mentioned on IG:

- T-Pumps (especially on Tuesdays)

- Boba Guys

- Little Sweet

- Purple Kow

- We can ask people to send in photos of them getting boba to repost on ASC story

Once Justin comes back from Kairos we will get boba!

7. ASC Board Bonding Ideas

                                                            Eating good and hydrating
                                                                   Doing stuff we love
                                                         Spending time with loved ones
                                                        Going outside to get some fresh air
