- New Omicron variant will not change the parade
- vaccination and masks are required
- ASC will check with students regarding vaccination status and report how students cleared to attend the parade with Luciana Ng, the parade coordinator
- Luciana Ng will provide us with the orange "healthy bracelets"
- participants are to have a copy of vaccination status, either physical card of digital copy
- performers will be within a barricaded section, away from spectators
- Logistics
- participants will be walking up Geary Street (along Macy's)
- we will be guided by parade marshals on when to begin performing
- will perform all the way through without halt (unless instructed otherwise by parade marshals)
- bleachers on the left, cameras on the right
- direct performance towards camera for best look
- we might be asked to pause our performance for a few moments to build in advertisement times
- Plan out choreography - Irianna when she is feeling well (Aaron will reach out to double check/check-in)
