• Fr. Harris, Ms. Prendergast, Mr. Ottersburg, Sister Sharon will be the ones organizing but none of them have done it before
• People reading in different asian languages, gift bearers, someone to play music (?) 

1. MLK Walk

• this coming Monday
• Meeting at the Caltrain Station on 4th and Townsend at 10:30am.  Then, proceed to the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts at 11am to listen to speakers and to attend the various activities for the day.

• Molly sent us the new design
• even with three printed designs, if we order a lot it shouldn't cost that much

• even if we don't have the Chinese characters on the sleeve, it'll still look good

1. Upcoming Affinity X-period

• Goals: 
• intersectionality: have 1 or 2 student speakers per group 
• people who haven't been in the spotlight before- a new voice
• speak for about 5 minutes 
• prefer for them to have some sort of racial identity
• explain what an affinity group is
• Probably next week

• bring people who will remain involved in ASC and continue doing the work (hand-pick them)

6. Segment in May for Asian Pacific Heritage Month

• talking about the 'lunch box' 
• interview students and teachers about their experiences

1. General Meeting Debrief

• really good turn-out
• figure out the forms for next time
• QR codes next time?
• a lot of freshmen signed up/followed up

2. Dragonboat Meeting Friday

• location: counseling center conference rm
• hand out shirts and go over info from Jessica
• 2 people be in charge of getting sizes, the rest go over info (schedule, parking, what to bring, etc.)

3. Dragonboat SITV Announcement

• Rachel, Gen, and Ryan will do it today after school

4. Affinity Club Retreat - be there!

• total of 47 people going from all the affinity clubs
• but unsure of exactly how many from ASC
• Ryan won't be able to go

5. ASC History Documentary Video

• ALAS and BSU have history documentary videos, but ASC doesn't have one
• Will flush it out with Mr. Balano
• ASC has been absent a lot in the past in regards to the tri-club history

Misc:

• Orque bought 2 big bags of hi-chews so we're set for candy for the next couple meetings
• Need to find people to be at the table during the club fair at lower lunch
• Make a half-sheet this year
