Our students have been asking to go to a Giant's game together. We found that May 8 is KPOP/Firework Night and thought it would be better to collaborate with ASC to have even more people attend. 


I spoke with the sales rep and he mentioned the options below: 


All pricing is inclusive of the 20% group discount.

  1. ASC Holi Celebration on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 - Lower/Upper Lunch on Piazza

  • Feedback from Tuesday’s event
    • What went well?
      • Good food
      • Coloring sheets were good
      • Henna station went well
      • Efficient set up
      • Lots of people came by
    • What improve?
      • Always have food signs so we don’t have to repeat the food info. 
      • Sophie Rolfe stepped in to help serve when ASC short staffed and didn’t know the food right away
      • Assistant Principal for Academics came by and it seemed like we didn’t know how to explain the food
      • Color run is best for Holi
      • Was publicity sufficient?
        • Yes
      • Encourage people to RSVP before the event - make a due date
      • People got food then left —> encourage people to stay and do activities 
      • Find a better time rather than lunch
