ASC Board Meeting, Wednesday, October 15

1. October 24 - Social - Planning

• Jason will send email Thursday (October 16th) - Mr. Llanera will connect money
• resource room 116 (7th, and 1st Wednesday) or room 320
• email google form for who's coming and their T-Pumps order, Jason it is $5, 5 flavors.
• make people stay for their T-Pumps, pass it out after ice breakers 
• at the student center area

2. actual itinerary:
  1. Morgan and Allison check people in and give them their name tags
  2. intro (name tags) OMG On name tag write their T-Pumps order!
  3. Nicole corrals people (small groups with board members) yee haw! Priya and Jason going to count them off and separate them into groups
  4. ice breakers:
Nicole: "I love my neighbor..." 5 Minutes
*10 minutes per game*   -   Allison in charge of time (hit bell) - rotate clockwise
During second round - Mr. Orque and Jason - pass out roti buns
During fourth round - pass out tpumps
Allison and Nicole: head's up
Monica and Rachel: Cua family games
Priya and Angelina: apples to apples
Mr. Llanera and Morgan: pictionary: white board? (Ms. Shorrock) Campus Ministry projector? Mr. Buhl? (Tuesday)

1. Club Faire Update - Thursday, Sept. 25 at lunch

• Lower Lunch: Jason, Allison, Nicole, Rachel
• Upper Lunch: Jason, Nicole, Morgan, Priya, Angelina, Allison
• Mr. Llanera, Mr. Orque will check in
• Monica will check in also.

• Pamphlets - in color - PASS OUT TO THOSE WHO ARE INTERESTED
• Focus on Soph/Frosh: 70 pamphlets to them
• Distribute 30 pamphlets to Juniors/Seniors
• Distribute candy - ration it carefully.
• Jason will create the Google form.
• Make sure that students fill out the form.
• 1st General Meeting: Monday, Sept 29 after school, 2:50 pm in Room 320
• Monica will bring banner.
• Monica's mom will do the goody bags again.

2. Affinity Club Retreat

• This Saturday, Sept. 27 - See Mr. Balano's email
• Encourage participants - especially at Club Faire

• Board approved the use of $100 to use Dropbox for photo and file storage
