3) AANHPI Posters Social

• mostly successful!
• thoughts, reactions, ways to improve in the future?

- bring a cart to bring up the boba

- find a bigger space to hold enough people (50-60) 

- order more boba next year and charge people 

4) SIPAC

• new SIPAC board is in process!

5) ASC Jackets

• already in contact and waiting for a price—Ms. Wong, updates?
• delivery time might take about 7 weeks
• ONLY CURRENT SENIORS AND THE CURRENT BOARD can pre order the jackets once we figure out a price
• send out a google form for them to fill out once we get a confirmed price

• we could have jackets available for the 50th anniversary reunion!

6) ASC Letter

• hoping to send out letter by Friday, May 12
• Viv and Eva will have another meeting with Dr. Davis to go over the revised letter
• need to rework and make changes to make the language sound less accusatory (ex. blatantly saying administration is being complacent), but the bulk of the letter is good
• skim through the letter and make comments on areas where the tone feels tense —> rework the tone to sound more invitational and focused on community building by Friday, May 5
• need to make it clear that we will not condone this behavior

7) AANHPI Month in May

• ID formation event/social: May 17 event
• Send out letter first
• Meeting with ASC students for a safe space (like healing circle)
• Beneficial because of how reflective, educational, and engaging they are
