Agenda:

1) Updates on Magis/Tri-Club Senior Celebration

-talked about dividing the roles,
-Monica and Nicole will do the opening prayer
-give info about the seniors, students will roast the seniors
-digital file questions for slides (Mr. Orque will send them)
-Stoles (7)
-Maybe 5 extra
-refer to schedule from Nicole
-stoles email person for 12 (Angelina)
-blue embroidering, with SI and ASC

2) Dragonboat Planning Update
-May 19th after school will be the dragonboat info meeting
-Room 310
-doughnuts provided!!! Llanera and Orque will get them
-2:40-3:15
-Jason will publicize, Monica and Nicole will do the presentation
-Monica and Nicole and Allison will do the announcement
-Allison and Priya can create the presentation with photos from Monica
-presentation includes: what dragonboat is, practice times, festival information
