2. Historian updates

Meeting - September 21, Sunday - At Dragonboat

1. Club Faire Update - Thursday, Sept. 25 at lunch

• Lower Lunch: Jason, Allison, Nicole, Rachel
• Upper Lunch: Jason, Nicole, Morgan, Priya, Angelina, Allison
• Mr. Llanera, Mr. Orque will check in
• Monica will check in also.
• Angelina?
• Pamphlets - in color - PASS OUT TO THOSE WHO ARE INTERESTED
• Focus on Soph/Frosh: 70 pamphlets to them
• Distribute 30 pamphlets to Juniors/Seniors
• Distribute candy - ration it carefully.
• Jason will create the Google form.
• Make sure that students fill out the form.
• 1st General Meeting: Monday, Sept 29 after school, 2:50 pm in Room 320
• Monica will bring banner.
• Monica's mom will do the goody bags again.

2. Affinity Club Retreat

• This Saturday, Sept. 27 - See Mr. Balano's email
• Encourage participants - especially at Club Faire

3. Dropbox

• Board approved the use of $100 to use Dropbox for photo and file storage

1) Updates on Magis/Tri-Club Senior Celebration

-talked about dividing the roles,
-Monica and Nicole will do the opening prayer
-give info about the seniors, students will roast the seniors
