All board members will hold the following responsibilities:
- Plan at least one major event.
- Attend all board meetings, times to be determined.
- Attend and run all general membership meetings, times to be determined.
- Attend all major events.
- Attend all four Affinity Group X Periods.
- Communicate regularly and clearly with Moderators and other board members.
- Complete other duties as assigned by Moderators.
- Positively and actively represent Affinity Groups and their missions at all times.
- Commit to ACTIVELY growing and dialoguing about issues of equity, inclusion, etc. (for example: race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, intersectionality...). This includes collaborating on the Affinity Group X periods each quarter.
We hope that all board members are open to growth and will place
Affinity Groups as a high priority (top two) among their co-curriculars.
3. Pasko
- Expectation is that all ASC Board members will participate.
- Pachi will not be at Pasko this year.

7. Closing
At the end of the meeting: every person will say aloud their action item(s) and deadlines. (instead of Co-Presidents saying this)
Everyone should have at least one action item to complete (if there are enough), and it should be listed on the agenda for everyone to reference.
