• future improvements? - work on the discussion part (dividing people up in a more orderly manner), a few people were falling asleep (maybe make it more engaging with activities), incorporate more discussion (throughout the presentation)

• ASC will check with students regarding vaccination status and report how students cleared to attend the parade with Luciana Ng, the parade coordinator

• performers will be within a barricaded section, away from spectators
